Mash is a PRM — a Personal Relationship Manager. It learns who your relationships are, what they care about and where things stand, then works your book for you: briefing you before a meeting, spotting who is worth reaching out to and why, and drafting the follow-up. What to expect

  • A person, not a queue. Mash is a small team in Toronto, and the address above reaches the people building the product. There is no ticket number.
  • An answer within a business day or two. If your question is about security or data handling, say so and it goes straight to the person who owns it.
  • A straight answer about fit. Mash is built for people whose network is the business — advisors, brokers, agents, investor relations, founders, consultants. If that is not you, we would rather say so than sell you a seat.

Other ways in

  • Early access. Mash is in limited early access, and Club Mash is the way in: a small group of early adopters working directly with the team to shape the product. Apply there rather than emailing — it is faster, and it asks the three things we would otherwise have to ask you.
  • Not ready yet? Join the waitlist and we will come to you when a spot opens.
  • Something not working? The Support page covers the iPhone app: sign-in, what to include in a report, how Mash uses your data, and how to close your account. The address there is support@mash.com.
  • Jobs. Open roles are on the Careers page; applications go to careers@mash.com.
  • Privacy and your data. privacy@mash.com, and the Privacy Policy sets out what we do with it.
  • Security review. As of the effective date of our current Terms of Use, Mash holds a SOC 2 Type II attestation covering the Service. Our controls and subprocessor list are at the Mash Trust Center, and we can share the report or a summary on request under an NDA.
